Strategic & Creative Designer
Responsible for managing and leading the artwork approval and design process of several products, from start to finish, within the system until the layout is approved and ready for printing – ensuring maximum speed and efficiency. I work closely with the cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Supply Chain, making sure all involved with the project complete their responsibilities on time. I review and check both design and technical details in the approval phase, guaranteeing best in class process, negotiating and ensuring delivery of packaging into our supply chain
production facilities on time and with high standard printing quality with Design, Marketing, Procurement and External Suppliers (Agencies and Printers). Beyond the packaging, I am responsible for coordinating with our agency partners, the CGIs of the products, validating closely all strategic formats and versions that will be used for ecommerce. Currently leading the implementation of a new phase within the artwork validation process, that focuses on the packaging text, that will be crucial for the "right the first time" principle we have within the business.

I was responsible for planning and executing the processes of a major multi-discipline project of packaging, where the daily activities demanded lots of attention and organization due to the amount of criterious informations related to the products. That being, excelent communication and constant follow-ups were
essential with the teams I had to work with. Organized daily reports resulted in the project to finish before the established deadline. Throughout the project I was the direct contact of the partnered design agencies, being the contact point for the clients (Business Units) within the company, as well.

I interned in the Branding and Packaging unit, where I participated actively and assisted with the briefings alongside the design agencies. I managed the product packaging approval flows, mainting daily contact and follow ups with the Marketing Business Units in the company and the partnered design agencies. I also assisted and organized our teams workshops.

Imports Assistant
As an assistant, I translated the companies in-house documents as well as the clothes washing labels for the imported pieces. I assisted on registering new items on the companies system Linx. I was responsible for
buying the materials that would be necessary for the new store openings. I was in charge of quoting all the hotel, transportation and locations for team trainings for the multiple store openings, demanding a detailed
organization of everything and constant communication with the multiple team leaders.
